The Gates’ Keepers

Culture zine Stay Free! has launched a new blog, Stay Free! Daily, which gets out of the, um, gates quickly with an item about the rules governing photographs taken of The Gates, Christo’s new installation in Central Park. An activist reports that news organizations have agreed to run news photographs only during the event’s run, after which they will run only “official” photographs. Who knew The Gates were actually named after Bill?
