A Really Big Shoe

A quiz. If you came across this giant shoe—carelessly decorated by hipster designers Heatherette—near Columbus Circle, would you guess that it was meant to raise awareness of:

B) Fallen arches
C) Hideousness
D) The need for clean drinking water
