And We’re Back

Some of you may have noticed (and some of you mentioned that you noticed) that my site was down for a few days. That’s because I celebrated the third anniversary of Encyclopedia Hanasiana by forgetting to renew my domain name. Fun, fun, fun. Lots of fun. (I hope you at least took advantage of the awesome airline offers that were posted here while I sorted everything out.)

Also, if you’ve emailed me since, say, Tuesday, and your email bounced back, that is why. Feel free to resend any business correspondence, personal greetings, and AMAZING WORK FROM HOME OPPORTUNITIES I might have missed. It’s good to be back.

It is wry and awesome. The naive Fifties my ass. [via] … Wouldn’t you love to see the style guide that led to the title of the Spider-Man sticker book pictured here? (Alexandra found it at a dollar store.) I like to imagine that the relevant rule read something like this: “Do not use MAN/WOMAN!! US persons hate the genders.”
